This document sets out the terms and conditions applicable to all users of the byon88 platform. By accessing or using our services, you are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to all of the terms set out below.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering, logging in, or using byon88 services in any form, you confirm that you are at least 18 (eighteen) years of age and have full legal capacity to agree to a binding agreement. Use of this platform by individuals who do not meet the minimum age requirement is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account closure.

These terms form a legally binding agreement between you as the user and byon88 as the service provider. If you do not agree with any term in this document, you must stop using the platform immediately. Continued use of the service after an update to the terms has been published will be considered acceptance of those changes.

byon88 reserves the right to update, amend, or replace any part of these terms at any time. Notification of significant changes will be communicated through the platform or available communication channels. Users are responsible for reviewing these terms periodically to ensure they are always aware of the current version.

2. Account Creation and Security

Each user is permitted to hold only one active account on byon88. Creating more than one account by the same individual, whether using a different identity or a different payment method, constitutes a violation of these terms and may result in the suspension or closure of all associated accounts.

Users must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information when registering, including their full legal name, active phone number, and valid bank account or e-wallet details. Information proven to be inaccurate may result in delays to the verification process or restrictions on access to certain features.

The security of account credentials, including passwords and verification codes, is entirely the user's responsibility. byon88 will never ask for your password through any channel. If you suspect your account has been compromised, contact the support team immediately and change your password without delay.

Accounts that remain inactive for a specified period may be subject to a review policy in accordance with the applicable internal platform guidelines. Users are advised to log in regularly and ensure their account details are always kept up to date.

3. User Obligations and Responsibilities

byon88 users are obligated to use the platform honestly, responsibly, and in compliance with the laws applicable in their jurisdiction. Using the service for fraudulent purposes, money laundering, or any other illegal activity in any form is strictly prohibited.

Users are prohibited from using automated software, bots, scripts, or similar technologies to access or interact with the platform without written permission from byon88. Activity detected as violating these terms will be acted upon immediately, including account blocking and cancellation of any balance obtained through such means.

Any action that undermines the integrity of the platform — including exploitation of technical vulnerabilities, manipulation of game outcomes, or collusion with other users to gain unauthorized advantages — constitutes a serious violation that may result in permanent account closure and referral to the relevant authorities.

4. Payment and Transaction Information

Deposit Terms

All deposit transactions on the byon88 platform are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). Users are responsible for ensuring that deposited funds come from a legitimate source and are in their own name. Deposits made using a bank account or e-wallet belonging to a third party may be rejected and returned after going through a verification process.

byon88 reserves the right to request proof of account ownership or additional verification documents before processing deposits of certain amounts. Estimated processing times vary depending on the payment method selected and the condition of the service provider's system at the time the transaction is made.

Withdrawal Terms

Withdrawals can only be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered under the same name as the byon88 account. Withdrawal requests to third-party accounts will not be processed in order to protect users and ensure compliance with anti-money laundering procedures.

Users must complete identity verification before they can make large withdrawals. The document verification process is typically completed within 1–3 business days, depending on the completeness and authenticity of the documents submitted by the user.

Bonus and Promotion Terms

Bonuses, cashback, and promotions offered by byon88 are subject to specific terms and conditions set for each offer. Users must read and understand the applicable wagering (rollover) requirements before claiming any bonus. Bonus claims obtained through unauthorized means will be voided without further notice.

byon88 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel promotions at any time without any obligation to provide compensation for promotions not yet claimed by users.

5. Platform Liability Limitations

byon88 provides its platform and services on an "as is" basis without any express or implied guarantee that the service will always be available without interruption. The platform is not liable for any losses arising from technical disruptions, scheduled system maintenance, or conditions beyond the service provider's control.

The decision to participate in any betting or gaming activity is entirely the user's choice and responsibility. byon88 does not provide financial advice and is not responsible for any financial losses incurred by users as a result of their betting activity on the platform.

The platform is not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of third-party websites that may be accessible through links available on the platform. Access to third-party sites is undertaken entirely at the user's own risk.

6. Account Policy: Suspension and Closure

byon88 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account at any time if there is evidence of a violation of these terms, fraudulent activity, system manipulation, or behavior that endangers other users or the integrity of the platform.

Users whose accounts are suspended due to a violation are not entitled to a refund of any balance obtained through activities that breach these terms. Balances derived from legitimate deposits will be returned after the investigation is complete and there is no indication of rule-violating activity.

Users may also voluntarily close their account at any time by contacting the support team. Account closure requests will be processed once all pending transactions have been settled and there are no bonus balances still within an active wagering period.

7. Intellectual Property Rights, Changes to Terms, and Governing Law
